This week we are featuring a solution to your plastic bag replacement. In 2021, most plastic bags will be removed from stores and some places such as  Sobeys  have started the process. Metro Pet Market, my go to pet store, is getting rid of their paper bags and you have the option to buy a recyclable bag or sometimes they will have recyclable cardboard boxes.  

I bought a collapsible bag from Metro Pet to hold my purchases from the pet store.  I have taken it to Walmart and for groceries it has worked fabulous for groceries, it is sturdy, deep, holds a lot of stuff and is easy to carry. It has been better than using the green bins from Superstore which are hard to carry, store and big to get in and out of your vehicle. 

I would highly recommend buying this great little tote from Metro Pet for only $9.99 each which will save you from adding to your plastic bag collection or tossing that plastic bag out. It folds up nicely  to put back in your vehicle and when you are out and about you have a shopping bag ready to go.
